National Adaptation Forum (4/2-4/4)
This first National Adaptation Forum aims to convene and engage multiple perspectives, either across sectors, geographies or stakeholders (e.g. national, tribal, regional, state, local, private, non-profit, educational) in order to develop a program that provides guidance through the steps of the adaptation process, as well as across the spectrum of adaptation activities in the United States today. This interactive conference takes place in Denver, CO, from April 2-4, 2013. NAF is now accepting session proposals & presentation abstracts.
ACPA Institute on Sustainability (6/12-6/14)
Hosted by the University of Colorado at Boulder, this is the fourth annual ACPA (College Student Educators International) Institute on Sustainability, which provides an opportunity for students, staff and faculty from all colleges and universities to participate in the development of sustainability in policies, practices, and educational programs. 2011 Sustainable Opportunities Summit (4/11-4/12)
This summit provides an opportunity for participants to gain a better understand of strategies and tools for achieving measurable results. There will be interactive sessions with speakers and panelist as well as an exhibit hall with exhibitors carefully selected to reflect the theme and topics of the program sessions. The summit is scheduled for April 11-12, 2011.
Rocky Mountain Sustainability Summit (2/17-2/18)
This conference will focus on sustainability issues in higher education, making the business case for sustainability, educating on environmental justice issues, moving from talk to action in the area of sustainability on campus, focusing on regional sustainability issues and much more.
