Cultivating Sustainable Agriculture Education Conference: Growing a Collaborative Legacy (8/4-8/5)
The 4th National Sustainable Agriculture Education Association's conference will be co-hosted by the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, UK Sustainable Agriculture Program and the Virginia Tech Civic Agriculture and Food Systems Program. The conference will be held on the University of Kentucky's campus in Lexington where they will discuss the means of achieving agricultural sustainability through education. The conference will be held on August 4th and 5th.
Seeding the Future: Farms, Gardens and the Liberal Arts (10/14-10/15)
Dickinson College will host their "Seeding the Future" conference on October 14-15 on Dickinson's campus and at their farm in nearby Boiling Springs. The conference will include speakers from schools with well known farming and gardening programs. The conference will discuss the use of college farms and gardens to enhance students experience at higher education institutions. The deadline for registration is September 30.

Join the North American Association for Environmental Education at this year’s conference for field experiences, workshops, and plenary panels designed around the theme of “Rooted in Time; Branching to the Future.” The conference is scheduled for October 12-15, 2011.
AACSB Sustainability Conference (6/15-6/17)
Hosted by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), this conference focuses on sustainable business, corporate social responsibility, ethics and special intiatives. This conference is scheduled for June 15-17, 2011.
